Box Office
The box office opens one hour before the performance. Here you can collect pre-booked tickets and purchase any remaining tickets, subject to availability.
Exchanges, Refunds and Assistance
Ticket Exchanges
Purchased tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance up to three days before the scheduled performance. Please contact the box office by phone or email.
Cancelled Performances
In the event of a cancelled performance, all ticket holders will be contacted with information regarding refunds or rebooking options.

Bags and Personal Belongings
For security reasons, size restrictions apply. Bags brought into the theatre may not exceed the size of an A4 sheet of paper.
