Discover the Theatre’s Secrets
A Journey Through More than 270 Years of History
Since 1753, Confidencen has carried Swedish theatrical history through the splendor of the Rococo era, through decline and restoration. On a guided tour, you are invited to step into the royal foyers, sense the muted resonance of the wooden floors, and discover how one of Europe’s oldest preserved theatre stages was able to rise again. In addition to our tours in Swedish, we also offer private group tours in English or German.

Book tickets!A tour for children — and curious adults. We follow in the footsteps of the young Crown Prince Gustav, who later became King Gustav III, and meet his mother, Queen Lovisa Ulrika, who commissioned the theatre.
